War, peace and the ideologies of the twentieth century

Article Abstract:

The 21st century may become an era of total war and ideological conflict. This will happen if the liberalism employed by Western civilizations will not fulfill its promise of peace and prosperity. Other ideologies such as conservatism and socialism may try to take command.
