Retail merchandising solutions company MTI has merged with Andrews Electronics, which engages in consumer electronics distribution, after sale and technical support. The individual strengths of the two companies combined can enhance the supply chain of the new company. The working relationship of MTI and Andrews is described.

Audiovox buys RCA AV unit
Article Abstract:
Audiovox has acquired the U.S., Canada, China and Hong Kong consumer electronics audio-video business of Thomson for $19.7 million. The acquisition deal, which will be completed by the end of December 2007, includes the addition of the RCA brand of consumer electronics products to Audiovox. The scope of the deal is discussed.
