Article Abstract:

Understanding buyer behavior is vital in the present scenario. For finding information about a product, customers prefer the use of internet over discussion with reference groups. This, sometimes, leads to uninformed customers who expect more functionality than a product can offer and hence, get easily dissatisfied with the product. Retailers need to take steps to ensure that customers are well-informed before buying a product.
