Joe DeMarco came across Prospect Park, Pennsylvania-based custom mobile electronics retailer and installer Sound Waves while looking for new businesses to lead. Three years after buying the company, Sound Waves' business is doing well, up by 30% over the last three years. The services and market challenges of the company are also discussed.
