PS6 electronic pressure switches

Nidec Copal Electronics has introduced the PS6 series of electronic pressure switches with a two-digit indicator for pressure and voltage values. The PS6 switches can be used with factory automation equipment, industrial machinery and semiconductor production equipment. Other features include CE marking regulations for compliance with electromagnetic compatibility and ease-of-use. Pressure ports include R1/8 with an M5 female screw.

SMK Corp has unveiled voltage switches that are capable of operating in both vertical and horizontal orientations. The three-contract, dual- circuit switches, which retails for 300 yen each, offers excellent voltage switching functionality in audio-video equipment. SMK's voltage switches, which have ratings of AC 250 and 5A, also feature a 38-degree switching angle as well as terminals that can accommodate printed circuit boards.

Omron Corp has released a DIP switch that is touted to be among the thinnest in the market. The A6H slide-format switch, which has a rating of DC 24V at 25mA, is a half-pitch switch with a minimum operating force of 0.29N. Omron A6H switch, which offers a mechanical and electrical service life of 1,000 cycles or higher, has a vibration and error characteristic that ranges from 10 to 55Hz.
