Sony's own HAD CCDs, real - image processing enable unique DSCs

Sony Corp. makes use of the latest technologies such as the exclusive Super Hole Accumulation Diode (HAD) CCD technology, etc in developing its products. The development and the new features of its DSC-T1 and DSC- M1 flat compact digital cameras is discussed.
