Stereo TV: For Audio Dealers, It's Opportunity Knocking

Article Abstract:

The coming of stereo television presents many opportunities for audio retailers. Sony has already introduced a stereo television decoder with a $199.95 retail price. This product, as well as others like it which will appear on the market, contains a decoder for unscrambling stereo programs or for receiving the second audio program. Audio only television tuners will probably be the next product to appear for the stereo television market. This product will enable owners of older sets to receive the stereo sound from a separate unit. The potential for audio retailers is enormous.
