The best opportunity to sell your customers accessories for their new wireless phone is at the time of a new phone purchase, because at that time they are not necessarily looking for the lowest price but for the best value for their money. The wireless phone value concept not only offers cost savings to customers but it also gives them a physical representation of the value they are getting.
