Article Abstract:

Engineering company Brook Hansen has developed a new motor range for the millenium. The motors, called 'W', typically reduce energy demands by 30% compared to conventional designs, and should be able to reduce UK power station CO2 emissions by up to 3.5 million t/y, when they are widely used.
