Article Abstract:

A process development engineer for the flavor industry describes the works and challenges involved in development of flavors. The job consists of designing of robust systems that produce high quality products, developing processes for new flavor products and helping the manufacturing operation conduct process trouble shooting and capacity improvements as well as combining art of human taste with the science of flavor industry.
