ISO 9001 made easy

Article Abstract:

ISO 9001, a quality management system (QMS) standard has helped organizations establish, implement, monitor and measure their processes to deliver results that align with the requirement of the organization and continued performance improvement by taking appropriate action. The eight sections of ISO 900, of which the first three section provide general information about the standard and the last five sections, focus on the method of implementation is also mentioned.

The American Society for Quality (ASQ) have identified the key forces for shaping quality in the years to come which states that quality professionals must fully engage the language of finance, economics and business for making financial discussion a natural language.
