Subcontractor partnering: I'll believe it when I see it

Article Abstract:

Relationships between general contractors and subcontractors have been constantly bothered by problems on attitudes and compliance to rules. These have become primary causes of project failures. Subcontractors play a significant role in the success of a project. They need to be consistent in their performance, specifically in technical and construction management, safety performance and financial results while keeping a healthy relationship with their employees and clients.
