Introducing ISO

Article Abstract:

An effective introduction of ISO 9000 training system to employees should take several factors into consideration. First, it should be introduced by the one who did the training material. Second, training should take place close to the time of the launching of new procedures. Third, the introduction should be short. Fourth, a take-home summary should be given out. Fifth, a daily follow-up should be done. Sixth, alternatives to classroom training such as multimedia, computer-based or Internet training should also be explored.

Manage training with software

Article Abstract:

Business enterprises may be able to facilitate the overall employee training process through the use of a training-management software.
