Keeping tabs on criminals

Article Abstract:

Third-generation systems are new electronic monitoring systems being developed to reduce the crime rate by thoroughly monitoring a convicted criminal. Third-generation systems, in addition to monitoring a criminal, will restrain criminals from indulging in criminal activities.
