An attorney is not allowed to confer with anyone connected to the legal dispute unless the person is authorized by the other party's lawyer to do so. This unauthorized communication called ex parte communication is a common occurrence in the corporate world. Any employee found to have communicated against the interest of the corporation will be held liable for the misconduct. Therefore, it is best that employees do not entertain the inquiries of any lawyer who represents another party.

Article Abstract:

Trial lawyers are still searching for a method of predicting how jurors would react during court trial proceedings. Experiences of two trial lawyers provide valuable insight into the different reactions of jurors. One case resulted in a reset trial due to the jury's indecisiveness on reaching a final verdict. Another case saw the jury deciding on a verdict based on biased personal feelings towards the witness, rather on the gathered evidence.

Several things are essential to facing the camera. For one thing, a dark suit and a light blue shirt looks goodon camera. A blue backdrop also enhances one's image.
