Loss-in-weight feeder has no moving parts

Article Abstract:

Merrick Industries Model 530 vibratory feeder features a rigid construction with no moving parts. The integral structure of the feeder and the load cell provides a more stable weighing package than feeders using pivots, bearings and other intermediary devices to provide the connection between the weighing device and the feeder. Model 530 can also be used as a batching device, apable of delivering batches as small as 30 grams with an accuracy of 0.05%.
