Post-graduation plans

Article Abstract:

A survey by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) showed that about 52% of chemical engineering graduates are employed by industry, government, or academia, and 18% are headed to graduate school. The results also show that graduation plans vary depending on the degree. Those graduating with an MS are more likely to attend graduate school, while those graduating with PhDs are more likely to be hired into academia.
