Pussy galore

Article Abstract:

Greater London House was erected in the 1920s and its design has an Egyptian influence, with two 2.5 mt tall black cats standing each side of the main entrance. In 1996 the house was acquired by developer Media Office which instructed architect Finch Norman to restore it to its former glory. The completed restoration includes decorated columns and feline faces above each bank of windows. The building has been given 24 hour appeal through an external, 50,000 pounds sterling lighting scheme designed by Fulcrum Consulting.
