Reality, an automated, fixed-asset software system from Structured Computer Systems, was chosen by the managers of the FLAG Ltd. project which aims to construct a worldwide fiber-optic cable system. The system was used to monitor the large number of quality control documents and was customized to enable it to track the quality inspection reports from the manufacturing of a component until its assembly into the cable system.
