St. Louis conference focuses on standard and government regulation dance

Article Abstract:

Standards being upheld as regulations and its negative impact on small businesses was the main issue addressed in a St. Louis, MO, conference on international standards. It should also be noted that appropriate standards for a particular industry in a particular region may be totally inappropriate to another.
