Juran Foundation moves to University of Minnesota

Article Abstract:

J.M. Juran has turned over the Juran Foundation to the University of Minnesota's Quality Leadership Center. The move was initiated by the center's request for a $100,000 donation from the foundation to help the university establish a program for financing scholarly studies on quality matters. Juran, who was worried that the foundation would not be able to support the foundation's staff after he passes away, transferred control of the foundation to the university including its $2 million in assets.
