The seven deadly sins of quality management

Article Abstract:

The seven belief systems of quality management for creating management disfunctionality are discussed. The process of root cause analysis which is important for improving the values and beliefs of an organization requires both the use of a variety of methodologies and the adoption of a taxonomy of root causes that digs deep enough to foster discussion about the real root causes of problems.
