Managers are urged to determine the values that are important in fostering innovation, productivity and cooperation in the workplace. While there are value differences among workers, managers must institute informed dialogues and develop correct corporate practices in order to shape common values in the work environment.

Interactive dialogue as a tool for change

Article Abstract:

A fictional dialogue between a manager and the adviser was utilized to explain and evaluate the importance of interactive dialogue in business management. The adviser believes that interactive dialogue can be utilized by the manager and his employees to interpret the goals of the company and evaluate the efficiency of proposed strategies. Interactive dialogue is also a systematic decision-making process that utilizes the collective expertise and ideas of the management and the employees.
