What quality-conscious companies are overlooking

Article Abstract:

Executives cannot be expected to implement total quality management if they cannot systematically organize their own working environment. This problem can be attributed to the absence of a benchmark to guide managers in the various office functions. Managers can have benchmark work habits despite having a diverse set of responsibities and functions.
