What we really need is TPQM

Article Abstract:

An approach incorporating processes involved in total quality management (TQM), total productivity management (TPM) and Gainsharing Rewards was formulated to resolve problems associated with organizational performance improvement. Utilization of total productivity and quality management (TPQM) approach enhances productivity and cash flow in short-term and long-term projects. Consistency in financial strength of companies also results as it employs a production-based gainsharing reward plan.

Quality in new service development: key concepts and a frame of reference

Article Abstract:

A service development process was discussed through consideration of a frame of reference that concentrates on designed-in quality. The frame of reference created takes into consideration the prerequisites for total quality that evolves on concepts such as service concept and service process. In terms of service concept, taking into account customers' needs and generic service process proved to be vital towards enhancement of a company service.
