Anticipated socio-environmental impacts of the proposed little Darby national wildlife refuge in Ohio

Article Abstract:

The aim of the study is to assess anticipated socio-economic and environmental impacts of the proposed refuge on local people and natural ecosystems. The multiple linear regression findings demonstrate that six variables were significant in explaining 65.1% of the variance in the attitudes toward the proposed project of Little Darby Creek.

Aggregate eco-efficiency indices for New Zealand - a principal components analysis

Article Abstract:

An attempt is made to develop aggregate measures of eco-efficiency for use by policy makers, which is done by applying principal components analysis to eco-efficiency indicators in New Zealand. The results indicate that New Zealand's eco-efficiency improved for two out of five aggregate measures over the period 1994/1995-1997/1998.
