The debate on the sewerage system in Copenhagen from the 1840s to the 1930s

Article Abstract:

A comparison on water quality management policy making in Denmark shows a shift in the concepts driving these policies. While the initial construction of sewer systems in the 1800s arose due to concerns such as public health, present-day issues focus on the environmental impacts of sewage disposal.

Management of Pikeperch migrating over management areas in a Baltic Archipelago area

Article Abstract:

Relevance of migrations for the management was analyzed by marking Pikeperch Sander Lucioperca (L) in an area where ten small managements regulate fisheries. The comparison of tagging and recapture dates indicating the existence of individual spawning behavior.
