Article Abstract:

The ADDRESS (Achieving and Delivering Diversity Results within the Emergency Services Sector) project, which aims to promote diversity training, held its first Transnational Conference on 7-8 December 2006 at the Fire Service College. The conference offered a good opportunity to promote the project's programs in implementing diversity programs in European emergency services.
