Company launches water division to meet demands of U.S. market

Article Abstract:

Danfoss AB has established a new North American unit called Danfoss Water - US Division to strengthen the parent company's commitment to the water industry. The products to be sold by Danfoss Water cover every phase of water supply, irrigation and wastewater process from water uptake through treatment and storage to the distribution system and back to the sewage system again. The company is also introducing several new products into the market, including the MCD 3000 Softstarter, the Cascade controller and the Sonokit ultrasonic flowmeter.

Osmonics refocuses with customers in mind

Osmonics Inc is focusing its attention on aligning the companies it has acquired and their cultures to serve customers better. The Minnetonka company has bought six companies within the past five years, and does business in three markets, namely, filtration and separation, process water and household water treatment. Osmonics designs water treatment systems according to the users' needs, adhering to strict product quality standards.
