EPA eyes stringent 2012 target for untility emissions cuts for NOx, SO2

The staff at the Environmental Protection Agency has created an initial set of emissions targets for the pollutants nitrogen oxide, sulfur dioxide, and carbon dioxide. The plan is for a multipollutant bill that enforce stringent emissions limits over the next ten years.
