Mad River Brewing Company of Blue Lake, California, is famous for its Steelhead and Jamaica ale, for reducing its waste as well as its ten Waste Reduction Awareness Program (WRAP) award from the state's Integrated Waste Management Board. The company's main aim is to become a zero emissions brewery by generating zero waste from the residuals.
