Family shares the wealth: Molina Healthcare Inc. turns to IPO to grow business

Molina Healthcare Inc., a family business, decided to go for initial public offer (IPO) in order to meet the competing needs of the company and with the intention of business's future growth and expansion. The $120 million raised was used to acquire health plans in four additional states, and the public company is now focusing on investor relations to maintain its growth.
