Article Abstract:

The Civil Justice Association recently sponsored a focus group as part of a study of the treatment of Hispanic business owners by the California court system. The study found that it is the belief of most Hispanic business owners that the civil justice system needs reform. Resolution of cases is too long and cases without merit should be settled.
