Was Texas ready to Rumbo?

Article Abstract:

The Spanish-language Texas newspaper 'Rumbo' started four daily editions in Austin, Houston, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley in the year 2004 but after three years, the newspapers have gone from dailies to weeklies. The cutbacks are seen as a result of the inability of the newspaper to sustain in the face of the slow-growing ad-market.
