Wiring the border: new program seeks to help border companies gain footing in the Internet marketplace

Article Abstract:

The US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce is backing a program that will help 200 companies along the Mexican-US border to be part of the Internet revolution. The public-private partnership, known as Wiring the Border, will provide hardware, software, training and Internet access, plus business-to-business connections with major companies.
