A healthy, yet good tasting, diet has been devise for women who do not enjoy eating bland, boring diet foods. Dieters are more apt to remain on a diet if they are enjoying what they are eating. Seven days worth of of menus are provided, with a different meal idea for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
