Picking up your new baby: should siblings come too?

Article Abstract:

Several factors underlie the decision to take siblings long when traveling to adopt a baby. These include the distance, the cost of bringing children and the issue of whether one can focus on the adoption while caring for them. If siblings cannot be brought along, parents should ease the separation by explaining to them where they are going and why, and making the new child real.
