Supermom hits the wall: Mommy burnout, building a case for family-friendly benefits

Article Abstract:

Trying to manage household, job and sometimes school can lead a working mother into burnout. Helplessness and severe guilt can cause illness, addiction or job loss. Tips are offered on ways to counter burnout. Studies show that flexible family leave plans also help, and save firms money too.
