When allergies strike
Article Abstract:
Allergies are caused by microscopic particles such as pollens, mold spores and dust mites in the air. These can be prevented by bathing daily to remove allergy-causing chemicals from the body, replacing drapes and venetian blinds with shades, and preventing exposure to cigarette smoke.
