Plastci pipe manufacturer, Hunter Building products has been brought by French company, Etex. Hunter has been successful and has gained market share during the recession. Its strength is its complete service which is being improved with the support of Etex. Etex has provided three million pounds sterling worth of investment into Hunter's factory and supports the existing management in its policy of improving delivery times and customer service. Hunter now has technical support from Etex's worldwide operation and aims to increase its exports.
