Two seams make an instant shrug

Article Abstract:

Shrugs are little shoulder warmers that are not just stylish and attractive but also perfect cover-ups for cool evenings out, over air-conditioned offices or just relaxing at home. Techniques for making shrugs are presented with the main essential being a one and a half yard rectangle of fabric with drape that stretches at least 25% along the longer dimension.
