Stress affects us in many ways and plays havoc with our body constitution but not many know that it can also manifest on the skin in the form of itching and sores. There is relief for the effects of stress on skin in the form of creams and bath salts but many dermatologists say that if one has a negative body image it manifests on the skin and it is essential that the mind is free of stress for any cream to have a positive effect.
