Wine buyers are suggested to look at the exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the euro, as from past two years since 2001, the euro has increased nearly forty percent against the U.S. dollar. The wine lovers, instead of waiting until autumn for serious buying, should start searching for the best European pickings much earlier.
