Grease Goblin - fat destroyer!

Article Abstract:

Watling hope recently launched the Grease Goblin drain treatment system to help fast food restaurants prevent pipe blockages caused by fats, oils and grease. The system offers a fully automatic biological drain treatment, prevents grease build-up and odors, installs at the where the greasy equipment enters the line, injects a high performance biological formula automatically to control grease buildup, has a small size and battery operated for installation almost anywhere.

Watling Hope's new high quality stainless steel grease traps prevent pipe blockage. Water UK, the association representing all of the country's water and sewerage companies, has launched a Best Practice Campaign to aid those in the catering industry to properly dispose of oils, fats and grease. The association has produced a booklet called Disposal of Fats, Oils and Grease and Food Waste: Best Management Practice for Catering Outlets, to show how blockages can be minimized.
