Q marks the spot for prideful brew from San Francisco entrepreneur

Article Abstract:

Queer Brewing of San Francisco, CA, is a new beer brewer founded by Phillip Feemster who used $30,000 of his own money and acted as main salesman and distributor of the initial pale ale product. The company hired Golden Pacific Brewing of Berkeley, CA, to produce the liquor on commission. Queer Brewing is committed to donate 10% of proceeds to charitable organizations selected by its affiliate bar owners and retailers or its own prefereed substance abuse organizations. Feemster stressed that this is his way of stating that alcohol can be abused or simply used depending on the consumer.
