Many in the wine industry complain about various government labeling regulations but, in fact, the regulations are quite lenient in many ways. For example, the popular Chardonnay wines need contain only 75% Chardonnay grapes, a situation found in few other industries.

It's time we stopped tasting

Georg Riedel has created a wineglass that holds only about a tablespoon of wine. The concept seems ridiculous, as a single tablespoon of wine is not nearly enough to form an opinion about its character.
