Jasper White: Jasper White's Summer Shack, Cambridge, Mass

Jasper White, a distinguished seafood chef, graduated from Culinary Institute of America in 1973 and arrived Boston in early 1980s. He teamed with Lydia Shire to run several hotel restaurants, and introduced New American cooking at the Bostonian.
