Griddles

Article Abstract:

A griddle should be large and flat without obstructions to be of big help to a cook in the kitchen. It must also cook evenly and more importantly, must be hassle-free when it comes to cleaning. Some griddles come with a ridged surface on the flipside which can serve as a grill for chops.

Measuring cups

Article Abstract:

Those who cook using recipes cannot dispense with a set of measuring cups for dry ingredients and at least one measuring cup for liquids. Dry measuring cups, preferably made of sturdy metal to last, and liquid measuring cups, preferably the Pyrex brand, should cover several measures.
