Kids in the kitchen: teaching children to cook is fun, rewarding - and a little messy

A writer narrates the joy, hardships and satisfaction she got from teaching children to cook. The gracious comments she hears from the children's parents an the oy she sees in the children's eyes while cooking were enough to make her feel satisfied.
