Paradise Laos

Laos is a country which, although full of character and interest, is still undeveloped in terms of tourist infrastructure. The food is southeast Asian in flavor; chilies, limes, lemon grass, fish sauces. Typical recipes and details of hotels and restaurants are included.

The skyline of the city of Istanbul in Turkey is dotted with the roofs of mosques. The influence of the ottoman empire is evident in modern day cookery in Istanbul. Some recipes from Turkey are presented.
